Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2025, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Hamish Allison, 2/9 Waters Close, Edinburgh EH6 6RB for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Freakworks Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC256308) and having its Registered Office at 9 Waters Close, The Shore, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6RB and that Derek Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner of GCRR Limited t/a Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, Third Floor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, the said Derek Jackson be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Finn by interlocutor dated 29 August 2025 appointed the said Derek Jackson as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
