“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
