Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 1 September 2025 by La Garrigue Edinburgh Ltd seeking an order to wind-up La Garrigue Edinburgh Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC438674) and having its registered office at 31 Jeffrey Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1DH under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in the meantime to appoint James Stephen of BDO LLP P, 2 Atlantic Square, 31 York Street, Glasgow G2 8NJ and Simon Girling of BDO LLP, Bridgewater House, Finzel’s Reach, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6BX, as Joint Provisional Liquidators and to authorise them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months or until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever shall first occur, in which Petition Sheriff Sheehan, by interlocutor dated 1 September 2025 nominated and appointed the said James Stephen and Simon Girling as Joint Provisional Liquidators of La Garrigue Edinburgh Ltd and authorised them to exercise the powers petitioned for, and ordained any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
