Notice is hereby given that on 27 August 2025 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Portree by Portree Property Management Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC713346, having its registered office at Clydesdale Bank Building, Somerled Square, Portree, Skye, IV51 9EH (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 28 August 2025, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Portree Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
