A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Green Bus Company Limited (06767923) of 177-179 New Town Row, Birmingham B6 4QZ, whose nature of business is (1) Sale of other motor vehicles, (2) Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, (3) Other urban, suburban or metropolitan passenger land transport and (4) Other passenger land transport, presented on Tuesday 29 July 2025, at 12:27 by WEST MIDLANDS COMBINED AUTHORITY, of Centro House, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham B19 3SD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 16 September 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
