Notice is given by Georgina Marie Eason and Andrew John Duncan as Joint Liquidators of the Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 21 August 2025, who are going to make a first and final distribution to creditors.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 9 October 2025, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at MHA Advisory Ltd, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidators shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.

Note: The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
