Notice is hereby given by Andrew R Bailey (IP No. 18810) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 15 Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 16 September 2025 at 11.00 am.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to increase the Joint Administrators’ remuneration.
