Notice is hereby given, under Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that I, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB intend declaring a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors.
