Pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 (“the Order”), a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, County Antrim, BT1 6JH on 24 September 2025 at 2:00PM. The purpose of the meeting, pursuant to Articles 85 to 87 of the Order is to consider the statement of affairs of the Company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
