NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 20 August 2025 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Apex Traffic Management Ltd, Iain Griffin and Daniel McGinlay in respect of APEX TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT LTD, (company registration number SC559051), having its registered office at Block 5 Bothwell Park Industrial Estate, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 6PB (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim administrators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 22 August 2025, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Court at Hamilton, 4 Beckford St, Hamilton ML3 0BT within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone and Kenneth R Craig both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NT, each being authorised to act alone, as joint administrators, all of which notice is hereby given.
