An Amended Petition to Wind Up the above named Company having its registered office at Grey’s Building, 53 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6EE presented on 5 August 2025 by Alistair Easdon of 93 Millview Drive, Tynemouth, NE30 2QJ, Alison Smith of 23 Churchburn Drive, Morpeth, NE61 2BZ and Bryan Walker of 53 Thirston Drive, Cramlington, NE23 2BX claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard at Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunals Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QF on 12 September 2025 at 2pm (or as soon thereafter as can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to do so to the Petitioners in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4pm on 11 September 2025.
