Notice is hereby given that on Monday 04 August 2025, a Petition was presented to Livingston at Airdrie Sheriff Court at Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE by TOTAL ENERGIES GAS & POWER LIMITED, Bridge Gate, 55-57 High Street, Redhill, Surrey RH11 1RX (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up HAMILTON ACADEMICAL FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED (Company Number: SC005420) having its registered office at Broadwood Stadium 1 Ardgoil Drive Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 9NE, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Monday 04 August 2025 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said HAMILTON ACADEMICAL FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court at Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
