NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the director of the Company (`the convener`) are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting. In addition, the meeting may be asked to consider resolutions regarding the Joint Liquidators` pre and post appointment remuneration.
