Notice is given that Adrian Hyde (IP Number: 9664), of Begbies Traynor (IOM) Limited of 8 St George’s Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AH, and Jacob Beake (IP Number: 27770) were appointed as Liquidators of the Company on 30 July 2025 by resolutions of the creditors.

Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the Company are required to send in a completed proof of debt form or a provisional proof of debt form, incorporating their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators, Mr Adrian Hyde of Begbies Traynor (IOM) Limited and Mr Jacob Beake of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP with supporting evidence of their said debts or claims. Creditors will not be required to resubmit a proof of debt where one has previously been submitted following the Winding Up Order that was granted on 3 August 2022 by the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales.
