NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at 10.00 am on 26 September 2025 at the offices of HCA Business Recovery, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB for the purpose of receiving how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

I confirm that all known creditors have been paid in full.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the office of HCA Business Recovery Limited, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
