NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A WATER SERVICES LICENCE OR A SEWERAGE SERVICES LICENCE
Mitie Waste and Environmental Services Ltd, Registered Office: Level 12 The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, England, SE1 9SG hereby gives notice that on 6th February 2025 they made an application to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland ("the Commission") for a water services licence and sewerage services licence in terms of section 6 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
Any person who wishes to make representations on the application should send their representations, in writing (including by e-mail) to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, First Floor, Moray House, Forthside Way, Stirling FK8 1QZ or enquiries@wics.scot no later than 5pm on Friday 5th September 2025
