A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Wards Storage and Hire Ltd (10168419) of Cleveland House, Cleveland Street, Darlington, County Durham DL1 2PE, whose nature of business is 52103- Operation of warehousing and storage facilities for land transport activities, presented on Wednesday 11 June 2025, at 10:00 by VP PLC, of Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Otley Road, Harrogate HG3 1UD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 26 August 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
