Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2025, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Allan Hamilton Johnston and Mhairi Mcmillan Johnston, the directors of Coille Haulage Limited craving the Court inter alia that Coille Haulage Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC246696) and having its registered office at Tom Dow Transport Depot, Castleton Lochgilphead, Scotland, PA31 8RU be wound up by the Court and that Michelle Elliot of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2 The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG and Callum Carmichael of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD, or such other person as the Court may see fit, to be Joint Interim Liquidators of Coille Haulage Limited;

In which Petition, Lord Lake by Interlocutor dated 14 August 2025, appointed the Petition to be intimated on the Walls of Court; dispensed with the requirement of service of the Petition upon said Coille Haulage Limited; appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Metro and Edinburgh Gazette newspapers; and appointed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, within eight days after such intimation and advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed the said Michelle Elliot of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2 The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG and Callum Carmichael of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Coille Haulage Limited; authorises the Joint Provisional Liquidators to exercise the powers contained section 169 and Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, without further intervention by the Court; all of which notice is hereby given.
