Notice is hereby given that annual meetings of members and creditors of Cape Distribution Limited – In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation will be held at the offices of S&W Partners LLP, 60 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TQ on 5 September 2025 at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of laying before them an account of the Joint Liquidators' acts and dealings in the conduct of the winding-up in the preceding year pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

For the benefit of the member and creditors wishing to attend, the members and creditors will have the option of attending the meeting remotely by way of a conference call. Details of how to access the conference call are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information, please contact the Joint Liquidators using the details below.

A member or creditor entitled to attend the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned by e-mail or to the offices of S&W Partners LLP at the above address by no later than 12:00 noon on 4 September 2025.
