Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at 11.00 am on 26 August 2025 at Begbies Traynor LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY.

The resolutions to be sought are: 1. That creditors of the Company nominate Stephen Katz and Asher Miller of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company in the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time. 2. That Mark Reynolds and Izbel Mengal of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL acting as Members’ Voluntary Liquidators, be released from office on the Decision Date. 3. Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors’ wish to nominate for membership of the committee.

As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original deemed consent procedure is superseded. The Joint Liquidators have discretion to permit remote attendance (meaning attending and being able to participate in the meeting without being in the place where it is being held) if such a request to do so is received in advance of the meeting.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a creditor’s proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4pm on the business day before the meeting date.
