A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Unit 3 Cambrian Business Park Queens Lane, Bromfield Industrial Estate, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 1NJ, presented on 21 July 2025, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED T/A HEIDELBERG MATERIALS of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Insolvency & Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 10 September 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
