Notice is hereby given that on 11 August 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Beastly Brews Limited (Company Number SC668473) craving the Court inter alia to order that Beastly Brews Limited having their Registered Office at 674 Pollockshaws Road, The Hexagon Building, Glasgow, Scotland, G41 2QE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime Donald McKinnon, Insolvency Practitioner, WBG Services LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 12 August 2025 appointed the said Donald McKinnon as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, including powers to sell any assets of the Company for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said Company, whichever is earlier; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
