Notice is given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by Martin C Armstrong (IP No: 6212) and Andrew R Bailey (IP No: 18810) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 15 Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ, the Liquidators of the Company, to the preferential creditors of RH Tyres Limited, that we intend declaring a first and final dividend to the preferential creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 24 September 2025 the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Turpin Barker Armstrong, 15 Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given. Please Note: The last date for submitting a proof of debt is 24 September 2025.
