NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by NEIL BROOKS, of 46 Johnstone Road, Renton, Scotland, G82 4NT; GRAEME HUTTON, of 16 Lanark Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G1 5PY; JAMES THOMAS HUTTON, of 39 Dumbuck Gardens, Dumbarton, Dunbartonshire, G82 1DA; and JEAN HUTTON, of Ailsa, 10 Barloan Crescent, Dumbarton, Dunbartonshire, G82 2AT on 6 August 2025 craving the Court inter alia to order that HUTTON ENGINEERING LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC072227), having its registered office at 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TQ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; and in the meantime, to appoint Michelle Marie Elliot and Callum Angus Carmichael, both Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition Lord Lake by Interlocutor dated 7 August 2025 appointed the said Michelle Marie Elliot and Callum Angus Carmichael as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers conferred by paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
