Notice is hereby given that on 6 August 2025 a petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court on behalf of RUBBER & PLASTICS INDUSTRIES (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC252159) and having its registered office at 28 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 6 August 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
