Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2025 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Mark Bradford and Alexander Fraser, both with a correspondence address at 9/11 Telford Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4HW for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Andrew Wright Windows Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC378459) and having its Registered Office at 9/11 Telford Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4HW and that Mark Harper and Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioners, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; and that, in the meantime, the said Mark Harper and Paul Dounis be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Jamieson by interlocutor dated 6 August 2025 appointed the said Mark Harper and Paul Dounis as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
