NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, Final Meetings of the creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Keenan CF, 10th Floor Victoria House, 15-17 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS, on Tuesday 9 September 2025 at 10.00am, to be followed by a meeting of the members of the Company at 10.30am on the same day at the same venue. The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:

1) That the Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments account be approved.

2) That the Joint Liquidators receive their release.

3) That the Company books and records can be destroyed 12 months after the date of the Final Meetings.
