A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mainstreet (Bingley) Ltd (12041379) of 21 Hyde Park Road, Leeds LS6 1PY, whose nature of business is take away food shops and mobile food stands, presented on Friday 11 July 2025, at 14:15 by EDF ENERGY CUSTOMERS LIMITED, of Nova North, 11 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5BY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, The Business and Property Courts, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 August 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
