Notice of intention to declare a dividend

This notice is given by the joint liquidators, Daryl Warwick, office holder number 9500 and Ed Connell, office holder number 30214 of James Watson House, Montgomery Way, Rosehill, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA1 2UU who were appointed on 28 April 2025, and is to inform creditors that the joint liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Daryl Warwick of Armstrong Watson LLP, James Watson House, Montgomery Way, Rosehill, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA1 2UU, by 28 August 2025. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the joint liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
