At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 12 New Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1JP on 25 July 2025 at 11.10 am pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) and Rob Keyes (IP No. 008841) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
