Gareth David Rusling (IP Number: 9481) and Claire Elizabeth Dowson (IP Number: 19272), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 10 May 2023.
The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to secondary preferential creditors of the Company.
It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 4 September 2025. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 4 September 2025 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
