A Petition to wind up the above-named company Varamis Ltd (registered no. 12038291) of Lime Tree Workshop, 11 Lime Tree Walk, Sevenoaks, TN13 1YH, whose nature of business is freight rail transport and operation of rail freight terminals, presented on 25 June 2025 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 13 August 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
