Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL on 20 August 2025 at 3.00 pm for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions as special resolutions and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."

A shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint another person as his or her proxy instead of him or her. A proxy need not to be a shareholder of the Company. Any proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged either at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL or emailed to Leicester@frpadvisory.com by 12:00pm on the business day prior to the general meeting.
