A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Spaces, The Charter Building, Charter Place, Uxbridge, England, UB8 1JG presented on the 26th June 2025 by TILBURY SCAFFOLDING LIMITED whose Registered Office is at London International Cruise Terminal Car Park, Ferry Road, Tilbury, England, RM18 7NG claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on the 12th day of August 2025 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)
