A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Alpha Designs (NW) Ltd (12369478) of 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ, whose nature of business is 31020 - Manufacture of kitchen furniture; 31090 - Manufacture of other furniture; and 47190 - Other retail sale in non-specialised stores, presented on Thursday 26 June 2025, at 09:00 by PRESTON CITY COUNCIL, of Revenues Services, Finance Directorate, Po Box 30, Town Hall, Preston PR1 2RL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 19 August 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
