Notice is hereby given that on 25 July 2025, a Petition was presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court by Eleanor Hughes, 1 Wellpark Terrace, Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire FK4 1DE for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up WH Tyres Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC245803) and having its Registered Office at 1 Wellpark Terrace, Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire FK4 1DE and that Alastair McAlinden and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Limited, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; and that, in the meantime, the said Alastair McAlinden and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Ralph by interlocutor dated 29 July 2025 appointed the said Alastair McAlinden and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
