Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Livingston by Augean Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. 05199719) having its Registered Office at 4 Rudgate Court, Walton, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, LS23 7BF, craving the Court inter alia that Cesscon Decom Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC587199) having its Registered Office at 9 Deer Park Avenue, Livingston, Scotland, EH54 8AF (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Livingston by interlocutor dated 6 June 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
