A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at 13 Clarendon Street, Nottingham, NG1 5HR, presented on 9 July 2025, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED of Building 4 Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 26 August 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
