Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Schaffer in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Companies and Insolvency List dated 18 July 2025 (the "Order"):-

That Matthew David Smith, (IP No. 9640) insolvency practitioner of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT (the “Applicant”) is hereby given permission to resign as joint energy administrator of the Company, with such resignation to take effect when Form ESCA14 has been filed with the said court in accordance with rule 86 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013 and Paul James Meadows, (IP No. 11890) insolvency practitioner of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT be appointed as a replacement joint energy administrator of the Company with immediate effect, who may exercise or perform any of the powers and duties conferred on him jointly or individually with the other joint energy administrators of the Company. The Applicant intends to file Form ESCA14 with the said court and so retire as joint energy administrator of the Company on 31 July 2025.

That the creditors of the Company be notified of the Order by this notice within 21 days of the date of the Order and at the time of the next statutory report for the Company.

That any creditor of the Company who has an objection to the Order shall have 21 days from the date of this notice to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order.

The Applicant be discharged from any liability in respect of his actions as administrator of the Company 21 days after advertisement of this notice.

That there be no order as regards the costs of the application.
