The joint liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to secondary preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 28 August 2025. The dividend being declared will be an interim dividend.

Secondary preferential creditors of the company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 28 August 2025 (“the last date for proving”) to prove their debts by uploading details of their claim, together with supporting documents and bank details onto the Creditor Portal using the log-in details provided in the letter accompanying this notice.

If you are unable to access the Portal or prefer not to communicate digitally, a claim form will be provided upon request made to Paige Pitchley who can be contacted using the details below.
