Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30/01/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/07/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of JEMIMA SARAH GREDLEY-SCOTT who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of JEMIMA SARAH SCOTT and assumed the name of JEMIMA SARAH GREDLEY-SCOTT.
