In Creditors Voluntary Liquidation

This notice is given by Sonia Baigent the Liquidator, office holder number 9494 of Assist Business Consulting Limited, 5 Old Forge Road, Ashby Magna, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5NL who was appointed on 23 March 2021 and is to inform creditors that the Liquidator intends to pay a dividend to the creditors of the above Company.

Creditors that have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned of Assist Business Consulting Limited, 5 Old Forge Road, Ashby Magna, Leicestershire, LE17 5NL by 22 August 2025.

Creditors that do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the intention of the Liquidator to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
