Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators in this matter intend declaring a first and final dividend to unsecured, non preferential creditors. Such creditors, other than creditors who are owed £1,000 or less, are required on or before 21 August 2025, being the Last Date for Proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Matthew David Smith at James.Moran@teneo.com or via post to Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the Last Date for Proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

In accordance with Rule 14.29(3) of the Rules, there is no prescribed part.
