"That the Company be wound up voluntarily"
"That Kirren Keegan and Paul Bailey of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation Centre, Science Park Square, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 9SB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
Creditors confirmation: It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Nicholas Cusack and Paul Bailey were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 15 July 2025.
