Notice is hereby given that on 30 May 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Paul Dounis, an Insolvency Practitioner formerly of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL and now of Opus Restructuring LLP, 23 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, (“the Petitioner”) craving the Court inter alia, that James Dowers, Insolvency Practitioner of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, be removed from office by the Court as joint liquidator of Business Gate Management Ltd, a limited company with company number SC583095 and Business Gate Resources Ltd, a limited company with company number SC572908 (“the Companies”) and that a replacement joint liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Lord Lake, by Interlocutor dated 2 June 2025, removed James Dowers as joint liquidator of the Companies and appointed Mark Harper, Insolvency Practitioner at Opus Restructuring LLP as the replacement joint liquidator of the Companies in terms of section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rules 6.1(2),6.2(1)(b) and 6.2(3) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018.
