Notice is hereby given that on 30 May 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Paul Dounis, an Insolvency Practitioner formerly of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL and now of Opus Restructuring LLP, 23 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, (“the Petitioner”) craving the Court inter alia, that Karen Spears, Insolvency Practitioner of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, be removed from office by the Court as joint liquidator of Arnelee (Hotel) Ltd, a limited company with company number SC062441; Wraith Real Estate Ltd, a limited company with company number SC521078; Cellon UK Ltd, a limited company with company number SC229168; Lou’s Pet Food Ltd, a limited company with company number SC599909; Siboro Ltd, a limited company with company number SC078454; and NBDC Ltd, a limited company with company number SC366940 (“the Companies”) and that a replacement joint liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Lord Lake, by Interlocutor dated 2 June 2025, removed Karen Spears as joint liquidator of the Companies and appointed Mark Harper, Insolvency Practitioner at Opus Restructuring LLP as the replacement joint liquidator of the Companies in terms of section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rules 6.1(2),6.2(1)(b) and 6.2(3) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018.
