Notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2025 a petition was presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court on behalf of AL-AMAL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC609692) and having its registered office at 11 Callendar Park View, Falkirk, Scotland, FK1 1SX (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 23 July 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed David McGinness and Judith Louise Howson, Insolvency Practitioners of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, UK, AB15 8PU to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
