Creditors of the Company, other than creditors with debts of £1,000 or less, are required to send their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to Stephen Roland Browne, at the address given above, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution. We do not propose to seek a decision from creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee, unless requested to do so in accordance with the Act and Rules by creditors representing one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
