We, Mark Malone (IP No. 15970) and Gareth Prince (IP No. 16090) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 11th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG were appointed as Joint Administrators on 30 November 2023.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 20 August 2025. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 20 August 2025 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
