This notice is given by the Joint Liquidators, Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) and David Taylor (IP No. 13790) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium Building, King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN who were appointed on 29 January 2025, and is to inform creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above Company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned, Paul Ellison of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium Building, King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN, by 13 August 2025. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Joint Liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
